ZIKHOME.COM (PIUSHOPPING SRL) extends the right of withdrawal to 30 days . Application of the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 64 and subsequent legislative decree 206/2005) relating to consumer protection regarding distance contracts. The right of withdrawal begins from the day of receipt of the goods, if the information obligations have been satisfied. This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price including shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Retailers, companies and VAT holders are therefore excluded from the right.

zikhome.com will return the price paid by the Customer within 14 days from the customer's communication regarding his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal; if the product arrives damaged or incomplete at zikhome.com, zikhome.com will refund only part of the sum paid by the Customer, i.e. the price deducted for damages or missing parts.

To obtain a refund, the goods must arrive carriage paid at our warehouses in Trani. The shipping costs for returning the returned goods are borne by the buyer.

⚠️ In order for this return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • You must return everything that has been delivered. Don't forget to include the instructions and accessories inside the box.
  • The packaging must be the original one and must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product must be clean and in the exact condition it was in when it was received. Items that have been tampered with will not be accepted for return.

- Shipping is free throughout Italy, including the islands, for all products on the site. In no case will additional costs be charged.

- During the completion of the purchase, the estimated delivery date of the products covered by the order will be indicated, which may vary according to the geographical location of the Customer. In the event that the order includes several products with different delivery times, the date to be considered is that of the product whose estimated date is scheduled for the latest

- The shipping terms start from the moment of receipt of the payment (made electronically, or by bank transfer). In the event that payment is made with cash on delivery, the Customer may be contacted for further confirmation of the order

- The Products purchased will be delivered by express courier (TNT, GLS, SDA, BARTOLINI) to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase. The delivery of the products is carried out at the "roadside". The courier does not deliver to the floor

- If after three delivery attempts by the courier it has not been possible to deliver the products for reasons not attributable to us, the shipment will go into storage and from this moment the product will go into storage, and the Customer will have 10 days to collect the same.

- We are not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure.

- The possibility of choosing the courier by the Customer is not foreseen. If the customer is a consumer, the art. 63 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) according to which the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, materially takes possession of the goods.
