The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Retailers, companies and VAT holders are therefore excluded from the right.

zikhome.com will return the price paid by the Customer within 14 days from the customer's communication regarding his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal; if the product arrives damaged or incomplete at zikhome.com, zikhome.com will refund only part of the sum paid by the Customer, i.e. the price deducted for damages or missing parts.

To obtain a refund, the goods must arrive carriage paid at our warehouses in Trani. The shipping costs for returning the returned goods are borne by the buyer.

⚠️ In order for this return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • You must return everything that has been delivered. Don't forget to include the instructions and accessories inside the box.
  • The packaging must be the original one and must be in the same condition in which it was received.

For products purchased on other platforms (Amazon, eBay, Leroy Merlin, ManoMano, etc.):

After receiving the product, send us an email to ordini@zikhome.it simply indicating:

  • Name (used for shipping)
  • Surname (used for shipping)
  • Phone Number
  • E-mail address

From this data we will trace the purchased product, and we will insert your warranty extension into our systems free of charge.

*Please remember that the warranty is subject to the terms of the law, as indicated in the "Warranty Card"/"Warranty Certificate" included in the package.

The data will be used in accordance with the current legislation on Privacy, which will be accepted by sending the requested data.

We will not use the data provided for promotional purposes. The data may be used for communications regarding product recalls.

- The shipping terms start from the moment of receipt of the payment (made electronically, or by bank transfer). In the event that payment is made with cash on delivery, the Customer may be contacted for further confirmation of the order


- The Products purchased will be delivered by express courier (TNT, GLS, SDA, BARTOLINI) to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase. The delivery of the products is carried out at the "roadside". The courier does not deliver to the floor


- If after three delivery attempts by the courier it has not been possible to deliver the products for reasons not attributable to us, the shipment will go into storage and from this moment the product will go into storage, and the Customer will have 10 days to collect the same.


- We are not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure.


- The possibility of choosing the courier by the Customer is not foreseen. If the customer is a consumer, the art. 63 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) according to which the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, materially takes possession of the goods.
