All the products on our website www.zikhome.it (.com) are covered by a 2-YEAR legal guarantee.

ZIK brand products are covered by a free additional 1 YEAR warranty for a total of 3 YEARS.

How to get the EXTENDED WARRANTY?

For purchases made on our site, the extension is automatic. You won't have to do anything.

For products purchased on other platforms (Amazon, eBay, Leroy Merlin, ManoMano, etc.):

After receiving the product, send us an email to ordini@zikhome.it simply indicating:

• Name (used for shipping)
  
• Surname (used for shipping)
  
• Telephone number
• Email address

From these data we will trace the product purchased, and we will enter your warranty extension into our systems for free.

*We remind you that the guarantee is subject to the terms of the law, as indicated on the "Warranty Card"/"Certificate of Guarantee" present in the package.

The data will be used in accordance with current legislation on privacy, which will be accepted by sending the requested data.

We will not use the data provided for promotional purposes. The data may be used for communications regarding product recalls.
