Shipments
- Shipping is free throughout Italy, including the islands, for all products on the site. In no case will additional costs be charged.
- In the event that the Customer chooses "cash on delivery" as the payment method, a fixed management fee of € 8.00 will be added to the total amount to be paid to the courier
- Following the confirmation of the purchase order sent to the e-mail address indicated, the Customer will be able to follow the delivery of the order online

- During the completion of the purchase, the estimated delivery date of the products covered by the order will be indicated, which may vary according to the geographical location of the Customer. In the event that the order includes several products with different delivery times, the date to be considered is that of the product whose estimated date is scheduled for the latest
- The shipping terms start from the moment of receipt of the payment (made electronically, or by bank transfer). In the event that payment is made with cash on delivery, the Customer may be contacted for further confirmation of the order
- The Products purchased will be delivered by express courier (TNT, GLS, SDA, BARTOLINI) to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase. The delivery of the products is carried out at the "roadside". The courier does not deliver to the floor
- If after three delivery attempts by the courier it has not been possible to deliver the products for reasons not attributable to us, the shipment will go into storage and from this moment the product will go into storage, and the Customer will have 10 days to collect the same.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure.
- The possibility of choosing the courier by the Customer is not foreseen. If the customer is a consumer, the art. 63 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) according to which the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, materially takes possession of the goods.
